We prioritize the safe arrival of your artisanal lamp. Shipping is calculated at checkout and typically takes 7-14 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times vary by destination and are subject to carrier availability. Please note that due to the unique nature of our handmade pieces, we do not offer international express or overnight shipping services.
Returns & Exchanges
Given the artisanal and one-of-a-kind nature of our lamps, we offer a 30-day return window for unused pieces. Items must be in their original, unaltered condition with all packaging materials intact. We do not accept returns on custom commissions or lamps that have been used. For any inquiries regarding your order, please contact our studio directly.
Product Care & Maintenance
To preserve the integrity of your lamp and the materials it is made from, we recommend gentle cleaning with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the patinated metal or weathered wood surfaces. Regularly inspect the wiring and ensure the bulb is securely fastened to prevent any electrical hazards.
